Terms and Conditions of Biz Training Academy

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Biz Training Academy (“the Company”), including, but not limited to, the enrollment in training courses, workshops, conferences, seminars, and any other related services offered by the Company. By enrolling in and using any of the Company’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Enrollment and Acceptance

1.1. By enrolling in any training course or service offered by the Company, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the necessary consent and authority from a legal guardian.

1.2. Enrollment is subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment at its sole discretion.

2. Course Fees and Payment

2.1. The course fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated to you upon enrollment.

2.2. All course fees must be paid in full before the beginning of the course unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise by the Company.

2.3. In the case of non-payment or late payment, the Company reserves the right to refuse you access to the course or services.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to the Company at least 7 days before the start of the course.

3.2. If the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the start of the course, you will be entitled to a refund of the course fees, minus any administrative fees.

3.3. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation requests made within 7 days of the course start date.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at its discretion. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund of the course fees.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All course materials and content provided by the Company, including but not limited to manuals, presentations, videos, and online resources, are protected by copyright laws.

4.2. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, modify, or use any course material for any purpose other than personal education without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided by the Company.

5.2. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the training courses or services offered. You acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, dedication, and circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. All information shared by the Company during the provision of its services, including but not limited to trade secrets, know-how, and proprietary information, shall be treated as confidential.

6.2. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed by the Company and not to disclose or use such information without the prior written consent of the Company.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

7.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

8.2. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By enrolling in and using the services of Biz Training Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
